Watch the little cookie run. It runs from the old lady, the cat, the bird, the horse, but will it get away? The translation is well-done and is accurate. The text is simple and easy to follow for beginning Spanish readers. The illustrations work well with the text and do a great job of helping to tell the story. Fans of The Gingerbread Man who are learning to read Spanish will appreciate this fun retelling.
