I would love to thank Luz Agudelo, Independent Book Publishers Association and NetGalley for this book in exchange for an honest review.

This short book for childrens is written uniquely with rhymes instead of just story-telling. I liked it. It was pure poetry and funny as well. It was too short in my opinion, but the book itself was great!

It follows June, a girl that is being bullied by some kids on the beach for not making a great sand castle as they do, so she befriends a boy and together they go on an adventure where they meet 2 characters, Skull and Gull. Skull keeps Gull imprisoned and the kids try to save him by telling the Skull that what he's doing is not cool.

The end of the book was satisfying and beautiful. I recommend this book for everyone.
