Description

If You Give a Pirate a Treasure...

She’ll Steal your Heart for Good Measure.

Her twin siblings have been kidnapped. The ransom is a ship called The Seeker. She’s not a real pirate. But their lives depend on her playing the part.

*NOTE: This is the *sexy version* of the novel The Heart of a Pirate, ( from The Hearts of Adventure Sweet Romance Series By Chloe Flowers).

Captain Conal O’Brien’s Seeker has just been overrun by the most unlikely band of pirates to sail the seas. When he discovers that they work for his sworn enemy, he develops a scheme of his own. But these nutty brigands aren’t who they seem to be, and if Conal’s not careful, he’s going to lose his heart as well as his ship to a lady pirate determined to possess both.

Stevie Sauvage is on a quest to find a hidden family treasure. When her eight-year-old twin siblings are kidnapped by the pirate, Captain Gampo, and the ransom demand is a merchant ship, she must find the courage to conquer her fears and fight for those she loves before time runs out for the twins.

If You Give a Pirate a Treasure is a high seas, historical, pirate romance filled with action and adventure, mystery and intrigue, a quest for hidden treasure (with plenty of laughs along the way).

Advance Praise

This storyline itself was well thought out and engaging. I have read a fair few "pirate romances," and I have to say that (this book) is up there with the best.

FANTASTIC READ!! I thoroughly enjoyed (the book), and I look forward to reading more books from this author. Well done, Chloe Flowers! I Highly Recommend.

She’s not a real pirate, but if she’s going to save her eight year old twin siblings Jacqueline & Julien, she’d better act the part. Stevie Sauvage is on a quest to find a hidden family treasure after their home & business in New Orleans burnt to the ground.
Pirates, hidden treasure, misunderstandings & romance just what I love in a book & this book has them all. A well paced story that at times had me on the edge of my seat. The characters had depth & whilst I really liked Conal & Stevie it was the twins especially Jacqueline who were the stars of the book & how they wrapped Drago round their little fingers was a delight. I also loved that characters from earlier books made an appearance. This book could be read on its own but the whole series is really good
My honest review is for a special copy I voluntarily read

If You Give a Pirate a Treasure is piratical good fun!

We get to meet a good ol' New Orleans family reunite to their pirating roots as they discover letters from their great grandmother Anne Bonny after an unfortunate house fire. The family sets out to find a treasure hinted about in their great grandmother's letters to her father during her time at sea. The family gets caught up by a warring faction of Captains and Privateers in the Carribean ocean.

I love all things pirate and especially any mention of Anne Bonny. There is a treasure hunt and even some time for some... romance.

The chemistry between Captain Conal O’Brien and Stevie Sauvage is fun and believable. I wouldn't say they were forced or too rushed (as can sometimes be the case). I really enjoyed the family connections and the side characters stories and interactions.

I absolutely enjoyed this book and look forward to more installments!

Thank you to NetGalley, the author, and publisher for this generously provided ARC!

Stevie Sauvage comes across Captain Conal O’Brien whilst he is bathing in anticipation of attending his sister’s wedding. She is disguised as a man whilst shakily pointing a pistol at him hoping he won’t realise how inexperienced is really is. Her family have been forced to seize his ship in order to save their twin siblings who have been taken for ransom by pirate Captain Gambo. Here starts an entertaining and riveting adventure. I love the intricate characters and how their storylines fitted together so beautifully. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
