This book shares a scripture, short prayer, and discussion topic. Each are perfect for children as young as 2 or 3 to say out loud and talk about. The discussion questions, titled "Think about it!" are simple enough to talk about with little kids, but older children would also be able to ponder and learn from them.

3-Minute Bedtime Prayers For little Hearts by Jean Fischer is a beautiful book of prayers for little children. This book is a wonderful resource to teach children the spiritual discipline of prayer. This book has over 150 prayers with different topics like *God Made Me, * I Can Talk With God, *Family, Friends and Neighbors, * God Is Mine Forever for the child to choose from. Each page starts with a Bible verse then a small prayer that relates to the topic and at the bottom of the page asks a "Think about it" question. This is a wonderful biblical tool for parents and would make a great gift for any child.
I found this book very helpful for teaching children how to pray. The prayers are pretty straightforward for a child to understand. Plus she added thoughtful question after each prayer for children and parent to discuss. These prayers are ones that can be read over and over again and hopefully giving children the encouragement to pray on there own. #NetGalley gave me an ebook ARC, but this review is of my own admission.
