Great book about friendship, sportsmanship and perseverance. I loved that this book's main characters where on a co-ed basketball team. The characters where realistic and dealt with real life issues and concerns. It has a great story line and full of sport action. I would recommend this book to anyone 10yrs and older especially reluctant readers.

I thought this was a great book about perseverance tying into the game of basketball. I love that the characters were diverse and real. Even though the story is middle grade, it isn't full of fluff. I like that the author included real problems that the main characters were having. I know I will be recommending this to some of my reluctant readers who love sports!
