This is a MUST HAVE for all middle grade students. This Diary is created to start the creative juices flowing inside the author. It’s careful creation provides just enough prompt to lead the writer down the path of what to do to get started but stops just short of telling them what to say. Many young people need a constructive manner in which to express their thoughts and feelings. Most just don’t know where to start. This diary provides that small push to rid them of their writer's block. It is fun and engaging and suitable for both boys and girls. I think that the young writer in your life would love the adventure that this Diary will bring them!
This book is a handy diary for you to begin making your own unique diary with prompts to get you started and get ideas flowing for you and help give you confidence to get into the flow of crafting a diary and creating a habit of writing in it every day.
Many thanks to the publishers for allowing me to review this book for them!
Fun little book on getting to know yourself and learning to journal. It helped me to get thoughts out there that were normally kept inside.
This is an interesting concept, but I don't see many kids I know purchasing it themselves. It would make a good gift. It could be very therapeutic so some middle schoolers, especially during this quarantine. It is pretty and thought-provoking. The writing prompts are great and will hopefully spark some in-depth thinking and journaling.
