Description
“Your Majesties! Princess Jill never sits still!”
The castle has become very lively as of late. Little Princess Jill is like a hurricane, she comes and goes and suddenly everything is out of place or in shambles. The cook, the gardener, the nanny, and most of all, the Queen and King don’t know what to do about it…
Worst of all, one day they receive a letter from The Royal Family of Farawaylandia: they are coming to visit! Prince Pablo included!
If you’re tired of your average fairytale princess, you’ll love this tale by Margarita del Mazo and José Fragoso!

Princess Jill is born into a world where her constant activity wears out everyone around her. After multiple failed attempts at "Curing" the Princess of her un-sit-still-edness, the King and Queen worry that the upcoming visit of fellow royals will most assuredly go awry.
As a parent with two incredibly intelligent and hyperactive children, I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this story. The unique illustration style brought so much life and movement to the pages, and I especially loved seeing how the princess was constantly bounding from one place to another.

A wonderful tale of seeing our children's energy in a new light, their desire to express their gifts on full display if we'd only see it! The funny view is that this is a book for the parent as well as the child, ha!
Art in a Dr. Seuss-ish style, text count low per page, about 20 pages, a sweet short jaunt in another royal world. Recommended for storytime to our youngest little ones.
