As the saga continues, the conflicts our characters find themselves in will test everyone of them to the breaking point and some beyond. Can they save this world? They must all wage their individual battles as the war becomes a race to find the answers that will keep their worlds from dying. I can see this world, I can see the battles and feel the emotions of the characters. L H Leonard has captured this story and poured it into the minds of his readers. What comes next?????

I received an ARC from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review

The Witch of Lurago, book 3 of The Rootstock Saga.

I will be copy pasting the whole book if you asked me what parts I liked. I was genuinely scared to pick this up, after book 2 disappointed me. I'm glad I'm wrong. I found Tobias's Arc starting here what I expected to start in book 2, it should have started in book 2 in my opinion.

I love how, Mouse finally gets a name. Her POV confused me in other books, but I ran along with it. But NOW. OOOFF IT'S SO GOOD. I realized the author has been very intentional about her POV, and handled it very delicately.

Character Arcs span books. It simply doesn't get resolved in one book. And it's all so intentional, I love it. I can't believe it's all being published in one year.

I mentioned I shipped Edgar and Cade, in my review of the previous book. Damn, she delivered. The author delivers all the romances astoundingly well in her books. I love them all and ship them all.

Listen, if you're reading this review, then just read the book. Otherwise I'll be here gushing all day. I know I can't write a coherent review, I gave up on that a long time ago. I'm glad I pushed through book 2.

In conclusion, I can't wait for book 4 and just read the damn series.
