Book 2 was just as easy to get through as the first! In this book. Toby and Hailey finish their school year and make it to summer. I enjoyed going through the school age process and reading about their Valentines day party and starting the spring time playing baseball. Ariel’s crush on Toby is fun to follow. These characters are still the best of friends, making the best out of their daily options. They take cooking classes which I thought was cute, but it was a great ad to see them cook at their local retirement home. Some of these scenes are emotional, these kids connect on a deep friendship and makes you wonder where those long lost friends are.
