A Note From the Publisher

Bio: Bill Johnstone has been an international journalist for more than 30 years; among the many outlets he worked for are The Times, The Observer, the BBC and UPI. Also, he has taught and researched journalism in the UK and USA. He was born in Glasgow, Scotland but has lived for many years in London and Washington where the story is set.
