In Rewrite the Stars, the main character Sadie grapples with the effects of her husband’s PTSD on her marriage, her life, and her children. Theo, from whom Sadie is separated but still lives in the same house as, also serves as a narrator. The author creates a compelling plot that tugged on my heart and delves into the toll PTSD takes on the person experiencing it and their loved ones. I enjoyed this book and look forward to future books by this author as this was a great debut novel. Thank you to the author, the publisher and NetGalley for the ARC.

The entire time I read this I keep hearing "Rewrite the Stars" from the Greatest Showman in my head.
Ok and now on to the review.

I LOVED this book. It is a beautifully written story about the after effects of PTSD and how it affects their marriage. Its such an emotionally raw book. I mean it comes off true and from the heart. I really REALLY rooted for the main characters. Their path through the world was so emotional, it was almost like their feelings jumped off the page.

Such a great read!
