Thank you to NetGalley for the gifted copy for my honest review. I love Julie Winkle Giulioni and have seen her speak at a conference I attended. I think she offers some valuable feedback in this book on how to get yourself to stand out, but also help you if you feel stuck or stranded. She offered different perspectives on exercises that could be completed to help you figure out what's important. I have personally been struggling with this in my career and I think of "what's next to help me elevate?" I loved the exercise of questions to clarify a contribution focus, which helps you figure out what's important to you. There is also a development planner to go along with it. This book is a great addition to "See them Grow or Watch them Go" and should be in any persons career development library.
