Description

A brutal attack left Lori Brockton convinced she was damaged goods. By the time she emerges from hiding two years later, ready to run her family's famous brewery, she's determined to be independent--never rely on anyone ever again. Nearly a year of working in every corner of Brockton Brewing Company, from warehouse to pub, front office to kitchen, teaches her all she needs to know about the business. Then, she comes face-to-face with masculine perfection in a suit and her world is rocked in more ways than one. Garret Hunter is the new Brockton business manager who takes one look at the beautiful, sad young woman and his entire existence coalesces around winning her heart.

But standing between Garrett and what he believes is his true love, is a six-feet six-inch blond-haired bad boy brewer.

Eli Buchannan is a craft beer rock star, recently hired by Brockton to drag the company into the 21st century. He brings innovation and attitude plus a prima donna ladies' man reputation. But he's sworn off anything resembling commitment, personal or professional, after getting burned at his last job on both fronts.

Garret Hunter is "The Perfect Man" -- handsome, successful, stable, eager to settle down. Eli Buchannan... is not. Compelling, smoking hot, creative and elusive, he represents everything Lori Brockton should avoid. But just as she makes a difficult choice, a drastic life-changing shift occurs, and nothing is ever the same again.

A brutal attack left Lori Brockton convinced she was damaged goods. By the time she emerges from hiding two years later, ready to run her family's famous brewery, she's determined to be...

A Note From the Publisher

This is not a “typical” romance story and does not follow the typical romance genre conventions. It is a “Romance for Real Life” (see the subgenre definition here: ). The characters are very real and very flawed, often times called “frustratingly relatable” by readers and reviewers alike. Please read the reviews and the subgenre definition to understand what kind of books Liz Crowe writes to be prepared. Her writing takes you on emotional roller coasters which are seldom easy reads but well worth it when you get to the end. While this has very explicit and erotic scenes in it, they are only an enhancement of the story itself, not what the story is built around. It is an erotic romance, not erotica.

“This book is emotional, exceptionally written and a must add to every to-read-list.” – Hesperia Loves Books (www.hesperialovesbooks.com) – 5 stars

“In the end, Paradise Hops is a book about a woman’s struggle to deal with the fallout of events in her life that shapes her, molds her into the woman that she will become and how she deals with it. Its emotional, raw and the characters drew me in and never let me go.” – Harlie’s Books (www.harliesbooks.com) – 5 “Harlies” and a Recommended Read

“I was emotionally ragged throughout as I sifted through the complicated layers of each of the characters... I could not put the book down... highly recommend it for the quality of the story, writing, depth of characterization and, ultimately, the romance.” – The Book Nympho (thebooknympho.blogspot.com) – 4.5 stars

“Deserving of so much more than a measly 5 Book rating, PH is a definite home run, slam dunk, lets-get-drunk-on-beer, touchdown of a fan-fricken-tastic novel. Pain, passion, humor, and a mind blowing whopper of a plot and is absolutely the best ever book of 2012.” – Reviews by Molly (reviewsbymolly.com) – 5 stars

Paradise Hops is not your typical love triangle erotica book, it is filled with so much more that you’ll find it hard to put down! (It) features hot, sizzling sexy scenes with two gorgeous men you’ll find it hard to choose between and several twists and turns you’ll never see coming. I definitely recommend this hot read.” – Read Our Lips (readourlipsblog.blogspot.com) – 4 “kisses”
