This book is awesome if you like poetry. Especially angry and love poetry. There was also a little of loss in this book. It's a great book for really feeling what the author is feeling. You can see what the author is going through. This is a book of poetry, yes it is. It may not seem like it because it's kind of written in an essay form and diary form. But it is poetry.

I received a free copy of the book and is voluntarily writing a review

This little book of poetry was absolutely stunning. I was instantly drawn in by the title and the imagery on the cover only to discover a bit of perfection. I fell in love with these types of poetry books when I was in middle school because of the things that I was going through. I connected with the writing styles of other authors similar to Jordan. However, some of the poetry books that you think you will connect with on a deeper level will trick you and a poem here or there may resonate with you. That was not the case with "A Misguided Thought." I connected with every word.
This was my first book by Jaelyn D. Jordan, but this author has become an auto purchase for me. A truly beautiful book and a truly inspiring author!
