A man walks into a bar. It’s a low one, so he gets a promotion within his first six months on the job.
Four comedy writers transform classic joke setups into sharp commentary about the everyday and structural sexism that pervades all facets of life. Jokes to Offend Men arms readers with humorous quips to shut down workplace underminers, condescending uncles, and dismissive doctors, or to share with their exhausted friends at the end of a long day. A cutting, cathartic spin on the old-fashioned joke book, Jokes to Offend Men is a refreshing reclamation of a tired form for anyone who's ever been told to "lighten up, it's just a joke!"

Funny yet realistic and lowkey sad jokes to read and flip through. The only people who will be offended by these jokes are those who continue contributing to the patriarchal society and are against equal rights. But that's me digressing. A fun collection of jokes that make you laugh and sigh/shake your head at the same time. Truth does hurt!
The illustrations are hilarious and I definitely wanted more.
This was a quick fun read. I bookmarked so many of these jokes, and I want to send a copy to every women I know. Written in joke book style, this is a quick read with a lot to say, and I loved every second.
I am ready to have these on bumper stickers, shirts, totes, everywhere, and at minimum send them to all my friends because every page had another winner on it I want the world to see.
Jokes to Offend Men had me laughing loudly because of the truth of the jokes. I loved that the book was broken down into joke categories based on the type of man you’re dealing with. This would be the perfect gift for any of your friends who have to deal with men that think they know everything!
Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for this arc ebook in exchange for an honest review. All opinions expressed are my own!
These jokes had me cracking up! I made the mistake of downloading this at work and my coworker and I were laughing so hard that we had to go outside. Our office is too quiet to be laughing that hard. These jokes are hilarious and somewhat offensive, and I couldn't get enough of it.
