I'd always seen reading the Bible as a daunting task, but Woodruff has created a terrific layout and storyline that bring to light the passages and messages from Genesis through two complex, interesting characters. The characters, a young man and an older gentleman, gracefully challenge each other's viewpoints and ask thought-provoking questions about the history and the content of the Bible. I enjoyed the entire read, and learned a lot! Highly recommend.

This commentary was unlike any other I've read. I loved the dialog between the two men as they walked through all of Genesis . A very interesting concept for such a book. There were times I wanted to throw in my thoughts and opinions to add to their discussion , but alas, it was just a book, so I had to imagine how my input would sway their conversation. Very enjoyable read. Well done .
