The Four Seasons was very educational, but still colorful and fun for kids to stay engaged all throughout the story! The 'Read & Spot' on each page is such a fun little game to play while reading and learning. Each page shows a different season, talks about what is going to change, and even activities to do/look forward to doing! The last page of the book explains how the earth rotates around the sun, and how that changes the weather on each side of the world.
If your kids don't like to read non-fiction books to learn, this is one where they won't know they are learning! Author, Joli Hannah and Illustrator, Amanda Gulliver did a fabulous job with this book. I will be reading this to my children often!!

This is an easy reader about the differences in each of the seasons of the year as seen by a youngster, a cat, and a dog. The exciting thing that makes this book unique ais the search and spot that encourages the reader to look more acutely into the illustrations and find more things of interest.
It's a great book for entertaining all of us.
The illustrations by Amanda Gulliver are delightful, imaginative, and colorful.
Well suited for reading WITH someone of any age including ESL, and great for gifting to anyone, but especially to a school or public library!
I requested and received a free temporary e-book on Adobe Digital Editions from Albatros Media via NetGalley. Thank you!
