I don’t read young adult very often but this was short and fun! I even reread and read it to my daughter. The third person point of view took me a minute to get used to but the story was interesting and exciting. I can’t wait to read part 2!

This was such a great concept in the genre, it worked as a great introduction to the world and the characters. I was enjoying how well the story was overall told and how the characters worked in the adventure elements. It was such a joy to read and I look forward to reading more in this world and from M. R. Smith.
