Oh this was such a good book that I never wanted it to end but I'm glad it all worked out. I hope it's not the last in the series as the series is so good and heart warming.
I'm happy that everyone got their own happy ending.

A Summer Wedding at the Cornish Manor is Book 3 of 3 in the Escape to Cornwall series.

A Summer Wedding at the Cornish Manor follows Jess and Riley as renovations continue on Renweneth Manor in anticipation of their upcoming wedding. Jess’s best friend Ivy and her husband Adam are also juggling her bakery business on the farm and an unexpected arrival. Will Jess, Riley, Ivy and Adam be able to handle all the challenges in their lives?

This is such a sweet story set in Cornwall and I love the descriptions of the farm and surrounding countryside. Book 3 can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend you read the series to get to know the characters and follow along on the entire journey.

A heart warming story that celebrates a community that comes together to help one of their own. A great wrap up to the series.

Thank you to Netgalley and Aria for the advance copy to read and review. All opinions are my own.

This is a very sweet book. I don't want to sound like I am talking down this type of book. I love this type of book. It is like a warm cup of coffee under a cozy blanket on a rainy day. Same vibe. Same feeling. Great book.

A Summer Wedding at the Cornish Manor by Linn B Halton

As the seasons change, so do the lives of those who call the farm home. Bustling with activity in anticipation of a busy Spring, it’s all go with Jess and Riley's wedding on the horizon and Renweneth Manor’s restoration in full swing.

But while the farm business flourishes, Jess and Ivy need to learn to navigate unforeseen challenges – financial worries, two disgruntled locals, and even a blast from Riley's past… In the midst of it all can Ivy juggle a new and unexpected arrival with her booming business, and can Jess keep track of her perfect day?

First time read by this author and didn't realise this was the third in the series. Having said that , I still very much enjoyed this book and felt it can be read as a standalone , although I plan to read the other two !
All the characters were great and I felt invested in them very quickly.
This would make a great tv series , as It's set in wonderful Cornwall and all its beauty and the plotline would fit for tv also.

Lovely to be back on the Cornish farm . Jess has her hands full with the renovations at the Manor House, planning a wedding , dealing with tricky people. So many twists in this third book. But I really loved it and it was all tied up neatly at the end. A great read and a perfect ending.

We return to Renweneth Manor for the final time in the series.
Jess and Riley are well on the way to completing the renovations.
It's a new chapter for Adam and Ivy as their world is about to be turned upside down.
A certain someone breathes new life for Cappy.
And to top it all, we have the summer wedding.
It was lovely catching up with all the characters. Even Prudie became likeable after ruffling a few feathers.
I have absolutely loved this series.
I hope Linn writes another series that warms the heart.
Thank you to Aria and Aries for the invitation to read this in return for an honest review.

This was a wonderful story of love and friendship and the close relationship of family and friends. It was lovely reading about the Renweneth Farm manor house refurbishment and the trials and tribulations they faced. I loved it.

It was great to catch up with Jess, Riley and their family again. With the title A summer Wedding it was obvious who would be getting married but life is very busy with the ongoing work at Renweneth and Riley’s relationship with his family. It was great to see the outcome but I think there is still space for another book. Thanks to Linn and her publisher. Thanks also to NetGalley

Read and reviewed in exchange for a free copy from NetGalley. Having enjoyed the previous books in the Cornish Bakery trilogy I was pleased to have my request for the ARC of 'A Summer Wedding at the Cornish Manor' approved. As with the others, I enjoyed this book a lot. It was an easy read and I was invested in the characters. Halton has created a beautiful world in Renweneth Farm and the story is well paced. I'm disappointed this is the final book in the trilogy as I want to learn what happens next for Riley, Jess, Ivy, Cappy, and the rest of the characters.

This is a heartwarming story about family and friends. It has very likeable characters, and it is set in a beautiful place, Cornwall.
I like lovely romances like this with ups and downs of a community and with a happy ending. I will read the other two parts of the series as well.

I really do love this series and it's not getting stale :). Riley and Jess are planning their wedding, Adam and Ivy are expecting their twins, Cappy is up to something and Prudie is making trouble,as usual!

There are some tear-jerking moments and a couple of heartstoppers but in their own way, everyone gets to where they need to be - even if they didn't know they needed to be there initially ;)

A summer wedding is the third in the sunny series. Jess and Riley are navigating a new relationship, planning a wedding, renovating, keeping a business afloat too. It’s a trying time and Riley still faces the uncertainty of co parenting Ollie with sulky Fiona!
This is a great book and it really complements the series.
It was so nice to catch up and enjoy the Manor House and Cornwall in all it’s glory!
Thank you NetGalley for this arc in exchange of sn honest review.

What bliss to lose yourself in Linn’s books- absolutely enjoyed following Jess and Riley’s developing romance-it’s a follow on story from Linn’s previous novel. I loved every minute! Jess has inherited a Cornish manor which she is turning into a home and a place full of local crafts. Beautifully described and atmospheric - I could imagine myself there.

Renweneth Farm where Jess and Lola her daughter live are trying to rebuild Renweneth Manor for her and future husband to live in when they marry. There are lots of problems to overcome.

Having read the previous books in the series, reading this felt like catching up with old friends and seeing what they were up to.

The story follows all the main characters and tells their story in turn and how their lives are unfolding with the changing times on the farm. It makes you want to visit and be in Cornwall while also glad you are not running a business and doing a rebuild all at the same time.

It's a shame it is the last book in the series and I wish them all well!

This was the third installment in the series and overall and great read.

I loved returning back to the manor and getting all the vibes again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my return visit to Renweneth Farm and am sorry it is the last one. Once again a book full of love, friendship, conflict, building problems and family.

A feel good read for a sunny beach or a raint afternoon, whichever it will brighten your day. Jess and Riley once again treat us to a delightful story and share the renovations of the manor and their wedding plans. A couple of babies, an estaranged family and lots of friends make for a cnt put down story.

Book three. Cornwall.
A totally charming, well written book, that I read all the way through on a day.
Delightful, enchanting summer wedding, fell good read.
Loved it

What a delightful read! It was fun to catch up with good friends in the Cornish countryside.

Jess and Riley are totally immersed in the rehab of Renweneth Manor and their wedding prep. Ivy and Adam are anxiously anticipating the start of their family and Cappy is contemplating his next life chapter. A lot is going on in the countryside and most of it is not smooth sailing.

The third & final book in the Cornwall series nicely and neatly ties up the stories, but also leaves room for maybe a sequel down the road!

I definitely recommend this series and reading it in order, you will feel as if you have visited the English countryside and made new friends!

Thank you to #NetGalley and Head of Zeus Books for this ARC in exchange for my honest opinion.

What a final slice of Renweneth Farm. It was lovely to see the Manor House brought back to life and to see Jess and Ollie finally marry and blend their families. And the double bundles of joy Ivy got were an added bonus.

A lovely read for the summer while lying on the beach.

This book was perfect to read during the first few months of 2024 and will perfectly fit the May atmosphere!

It was a very cosy read, perfect while we're all waiting for summer. I loved the family, friendship, and community dimensions of the story, which felt like a big hug to the social side of my personality. The plot is utterly mundane as it focuses on the daily activity of a hub for small businesses, with the owner of the grounds, Jess, trying to juggle her activity with planning her wedding and renovating the manor she and her family are planning to live in. The story shows daily tasks, the events marking human life, and the struggles one can be confronted with, both related to entrepreneurship and dealing with others. This is a low stakes story and not the one to choose if you're looking for an escape from daily life. But there's also something utterly comforting with this sort of story, as they're reminding you that you're not alone.

The only complaints I would have are first the resolution of one of the conflicts which felt too convenient. It's not logical that Jess is finding the solution in a moment while that issue was the subject of a good part of the story and gathered numerous characters in trying to solve it. The other complaint would be that this is the second book in a duology (at least I think it is a duology) but I was sometimes lost between the characters, especially since the POVs are switching. Usually with this type of story, you can read the second book in a series without being too impacted by having skipped the first, and it was still true here, albeit a bit more difficult.

In brief: This book was everything I expected and I spent a very enjoyable and cosy moment reading it! I'd advise reading the first book before, as I said it was a bit difficult to enter the story and remember all the characters without this background. If you're looking for a cosy, British read, this book will be perfect for you!

My rating: 3.5/5

Lovely cosy book to sit down with and feel comfort. Loved the characters who became live in the story. Picked out some stressful times which were resolved and showed great strengths of the mindsets. Sure to inspire all readers who love the building of new lives.

Love this series, so nice to be back with Jess, whilst she renovates the manor house ready for her upcoming wedding celebrations. Look forward to the next in the series

After a wonderful family Christmas Jess and Riley know they will need to work harder than ever to get Renweneth Manor at least part habitable in time for their August wedding.
Renweneth Farm is busier than ever, the bakery is thriving, bookings for the camp site are up, and Jess is working on ensuring her beloved Granddad, Cappy, stays around.
But the farms success could cause its own issues, and when Ivy, the bakery owner and Jess’ best friend, has a wonderful but very unexpected surprise it will cause Jess to rethink her plans for the future. Can they get everything in order is they can enjoy their special day.
This is a wonderful, joyful celebration of family, friendship and love. The setting and characters will warm your heart and make you want the best for them. It can be read as a standalone, but I would highly recommend the series.

This book was such a palate cleanser! It was an easy read, it almost felt like a summer Hallmark movie! This is the PERFECT book to bring to the beach and read as the sun shines down on you. I am so excited for it to come out in May, as I find the atmosphere of the book is perfect to read as flowers are blooming! A great way to get excited for the summer :)

Set at Renwenth Farm on the Cornish coast in the present time. Third in the series Escape to Cornwall Series.

Jess and her daughter Lola live at Renwenth Farm with Jess’s grandfather Cappy. With the help of Cappy and other friends, Jess is renovating Renwenth Manor.

This was about families, friendships and life in a small village. Jess has lots to deal with as she prepares for a summer wedding. Her grandfather Cappy wants to stay at Renwenth Farm but struggles with where his life is headed.

Ivy and Adam want to find their perfect home and Riley keeps finding issues with the renovation of Renwenth Manor that are causing financial issues for Jess.

Full of twists and turns as Jess juggles her life and finances to try and keep everyone happy.

Love, love, loved it!
I couldn’t wait to dive into this one after enjoying the previous one in the series.
I fell straight into it, like I hadn’t left the farm! The characters are all lovely and they develop further as you read on, even Prudie will pull you in.
The author has a way of really making you see the story, not just read it. I feel like I’ve visited the farm and the bakery and all the little shops when I have finished reading.
I found myself really looking forward to a time when I could read the next bit and staying up way too late just reading ‘one more chapter’.
It’s certainly one of those books you just want to keep reading and not put down, but you also don’t want it to end!
I really hope there’s another instalment to come!!

*I received an advanced reader copy of this book, in exchange for an honest review*

I’m a sucker for a countryside romance with a fabulous cover. The type of book you can curl up with on the couch with a mug of tea. And this book fits the bill.

It’s a small town romance set on a farm the Cornish countryside, and follows Jess - the owner, and Riley - her contractor turned fiancé. The story also weaves in a third perspective from Jess’s grandfather Cappy, that adds a beautiful secondary story around following your dreams and rediscovering the things you love after loss.

It’s the third book in a series and having read it standalone, I would recommend reading the others first as I feel like I missed a lot of context!

I really enjoyed the characterisation of Jess and her approach to parenting, marriage and business. I really resonated with her stubbornness to do everything herself and be independent, but I think it would’ve been good to see her lean on Riley a bit more. And Riley showed a lot of growth throughout the story, coming to realise the worth that he had, and that he shouldn’t keep punishing himself for past mistakes.

At times though, I felt like there could have been greater descriptions around who the characters were and what they looked like. Since this is technically a sequel in a series, I can understand the author wanting to keep some of this information light - but since I’d not read the earlier books, it took me until nearly 20% of the way through to understand who Cappy was. I think even for readers of the series, a bit of a reminder can be really helpful if it’s been a while between reading the book. I also just found it odd that Riley proposed AFTER the wedding planning was already underway? Again, it may have been something that would have made sense if I’d read the earlier books in the series, but the found it a little jarring.

Despite these thoughts, I enjoyed this contemporary romance. While the romance aspects were secondary to the storyline, I really enjoyed seeing the different couples across the book, and I thought the discussions around blended families were just so poignant. Plus I was so happy that Cappy also got his happy ending.

If you’re after an easy reading book that gives you the warm fuzzies and will make you want to take a trip to Cornwall, this book might be for you.

Thank you to NetGalley, Head of Zeus and Linn B Balton for providing me with an eARC copy of this book 📚

This is the third and final book in the Renweneth Farm series. It works as a standalone, but I do think it is worth reading the previous books for the full story.

Jess and Riley are planning their August wedding. However they have to have renovations completed on the Manor House before then - the story follows their progress and problems in the months leading up to the nuptials.

Plenty of family relationships to examine, and a number of miscommunication issues are explored. I really enjoyed revisiting old familiar characters - Cappy and Ivy are two of my favourites, and it was lovely to see their stories completed. I love the descriptive nature of the author's writing, and think it will make a wonderful summer read.

Thanks to the Publishers and Netgalley for an early review copy.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, after the first one, I couldn’t wait to find out how the characters were doing.

It was lovely to read how the farm was progressing and I gently as though I was at the farm myself, having a coffee and cake in the bakery.

The story kept me engrossed wanting to find out how it will end.

I await to read what happens next at the farm.

I recommend this book.

It's delightful to be back with the people of Cornwall. While this is the third in a series it's enjoyable as a standalone but those who have been following along will be happy to catch up with the goings on at the farm and in the village. Thanks to Netgalley for the ARC. Light easy read.

Hope their is another book following on.

What a shame that this is the last in this series as it has been a real pleasure to go to the Cornish Manor to live the lives with these characters. I will sadly miss this series but I am sure I will re-read the books at a later date. 5 stars.

Thanks to Netgalley, author and publisher for this ARC

A Summer Wedding at the Cornish Manor is at it's essence a love story, but it's so much more than that. It's about family (biological and found family), friends and community. Jess and Riley are engaged to be married, but there is so much else going on. They are trying to get their house ready to live in, convince her grandfather Cappy that they want him around, deal with Riley's ex and handle all sorts of crises.

You feel fully invested in this community and their joys and sorrows. The characters are all interesting and complex and the relationships feel real. They have flaws and they experience growth. It was a good read and although a couple of times I found the pacing a bit slow for my taste, I still thought it was great and wrapped up nicely. Thank you to NetGalley, the author and the publisher for a chance to review this book. This is my honest review.
