this was a strong sequel in the Chronicles of a Faked Death series, it had everything that I was hoping for and enjoyed the overall concept for this book. It had the characters that I was hoping for and enjoyed the overall feel of this book. It had a great scifi element that I was hoping for and enjoyed how the concept worked overall. B. Kinde and Renee Field has a great writing style and enjoyed the way it was written, I can't wait for more from them and this series.

I found this book extremely interesting and I cannot wait to see what happens next. At the start I wasn’t sure about how I felt about it but the more I read the more interested I became and was constantly trying to find time to read it. I love the story line, I love the plot twists, and I love the characters. The writing had a simple flow to it that was just easy to follow along with yet not to easy to the point you predicted everything. I love the intensity I felt through this book as well as the swell of emotions that swept me up every page of the way.

This is book 2 in a series so I definitely need to go back and read book 1! There were a lot of characters and maybe due to missing book 1 (which I will rectify) I didn't follow all of their importance or relevance to the story... I was intrigued by the world and overall plot though, so I'll have to give this a further chance and go back and start over from the beginning.
