Description

As the holiday season approaches in this fourth book in the No Weddings Series, Cade Michaelson strives to be better at balancing work and love, and Hannah Martin’s growing ability to trust is put to the test.

Lust and friendship brought us together, but with the increasing demands of my two businesses, Hannah’s thriving bakery, and our successful event-planning company, stability becomes my focus. Then a once-in-a-lifetime career opportunity takes me to the West Coast, and everything goes into a tailspin.

Laughter, love, and excitement fill our lives, but Cade refuses to settle into the wonderful bliss we’ve found—he wants spectacular fireworks and an unshakable foundation. Driven like no one I’ve ever met, Cade insists a dream job across the country will be better for our future together, but I worry about whether we can survive the present apart.

When intimate time diminishes…and lives get more hectic…

Will a little bit of faith be all that it takes? Or will the sacrifice to get there be too great?

Say it with me....Awwwwww! That's how I felt almost the whole book! We get split Cade/Hannah POV this book and it's done wonderfully. In this fourth story on Cade and Hannah we get plenty of smiles and laughs, some heartwarming moments and lots of wonderfully hot sexy times. Cade and Hannah are seriously one of my favorite book couples, and this book just solidified that more. Cade, man do I need a man like Cade Michaelson, was just so absolutely sweet and amazing this book; I won't spoil any of it for you but just queue the aww sound effect. I loved this story and the epilogue was perfect, I am curious to see what these two choose to do in their futures but I can assume it will be amazing. This should definitely be added to your to read list! This was a complimentary e-copy gifted by the authors in exchange for a honest review via Netgalley.

Swoon. That's the only way to sum up my feelings for this book. Swoon. I'm still mad at the Bastions for the emotional roller coaster they took me on with this one but it may be the best one of the series and that's saying a lot. I'm not sure if they have more planned after this one but I'd be okay if that was the end. I think they told a wonderful story with wonderful characters. Though, I wouldn't mind some spin offs. Anyway, great read as always and I was happy there wasn't the relationship drama in this one there has been in the past. Let Cade and Hannah have their HEA!

Three Christmases, Kat Bastion with Stone Bastion Review from Jeannie Zelos book reviews Genre: Romance,Contemoporary If you’ve read the first books you’ll know what you're getting from this series, fun, humour, light on the surface but with a deeper message in the story. To me this one emphasises the way people have to adapt in a successful relationship and work out what their priorities are. One again there’s some great witty lines, mouth-watering cakes, and stunning parties from Invitation Only. My mind boggles at what events such as this must cost...but it’s great to dream, and I guess for some people this is reality. One day ...Smile Of course there’s reminders to about the charities the books support, the ones in the story are fictional, but all of these books support a real life anti slavery charity. Sad there’s a need in this century but its real and does need our help and details can be found on the authors websites. I don’t know how this team keep coming up with such great stories, they’re not heart stopping drama, tear-jerking type romances, but a gentler type, more in line with what's real, and I love every body in them from the wonderful Cade and Hanna, to friends Lila and the crew of Hannah’s cake company ( which I’m ashamed to say I’ve forgotten the name – bad me, and I've given myself a slap!) If you want a fun read, one to take you out of todays problems and escape into a world of glitter and parties, problems and solutions love and some sensual sexting along with a few scorching love scenes ( Cade’s a Lover, he doesn’t do Sex he makes love!) then read this series and you’ll love it – you laugh and feel a bit tearful too and its like meeting old friends picking up this book. Everyone needs a Cade in their life and if Stone is anything like him then Kat’s a lucky lady!

Another fabulous story from Kat Bastion. Cade and Hannah are such amazing characters. So Cade decides to take on the job opportunity of a lifetime with the one catch, it is 3000 miles away from Hannah. I love the fact that Hannah let him pursue his dream and this is something i believe even real life relationships suffer. So fast forward a few weeks Hannahs biological dad finally finds her and wants to meet her but not without its challenges. The distance starts to have a strain on the relationship and so now Cade and Hannah have to make the ultimate choice on where they stand and what the future will be for them. I loved this particular book, it was well written the story flowed at a great pace. The story reflected a little about my own past and how i struggled as well with the choices in a long distance relationship and the key things that are important or should be in the forefront. I definitely need a Cade in m life.

Cade and Hannah have a truly unique relationship. One that works. They put each other first. It is just beautiful to see.

This is book #4 in the No Weddings series, and while I read it without reading the previous 3 - I find myself wishing I had the other books. I plan to buy them today. When you read this book you will see what I mean. It is a good stand alone book, I just felt myself wanting to know more about them as a couple.

Cade works at this relationship, and you can see that throughout the book. As different work opportunities pull them thousands of miles away from one another - - it stresses and takes its toll on the relationship that means so much to him.

Hannah, starts to feel the cracks and it makes her more stressed too. She relies on the family and friends that she has through Cade. She also does not want him to miss such an incredible opportunity that is at his feet.

Together they face all the obstacles that come toward them and ultimately have to decide how they can keep their relationship strong. I was impressed with the dedication both Hannah and Cade put to this relationship. There was good banter, sexy fun, and a lot of real life scenarios thrown in. GOOD READ!!

Three Christmases couldn’t have been a more perfect ending for Cade and Hannah. We’ve followed Cade and Hannah as they met, became friends, fell in love, and overcame obstacles and now their relationship is put to its biggest test, distance. I love the way this couple handled everything as Cade took a job across the country. Hannah was so supportive and Cade did his best to put Hannah and their relationship first, but that doesn’t mean things go smoothly. They both have to figure out what they really want for their future. My heart ached as they dealt with the distance but the love that shined through always gave me hope and in the end my heart was happy. In this book, we get Cade and Hannah POV's, which was a nice change of pace from the books before, I think the POV changes in this series has kept it engaging. The No Weddings Series is one of the best I have read that follows one couple. Cade and Hannah are both lovable characters, the story line is real and entertaining, and the banter is fun and witty. I’m going to miss this couple, along with their friends and family, but luckily I still have a Valentine’s novella to look forward to!

Cade and Hannah have finally found a sense of intimacy that outweighs any other obligations in their lives. Her bakery, his two businesses, nothing is more important to either of them than spending quality time together. Reveling in the love and connection to each other that they share as well as a hot steamy and at time adventurous sex life. With the holiday season upon them, they realize that balancing their growing relationship and their careers is trickier than they could have imagined. Hannah’s bakery becomes increasingly busy and Cade gets a once in a lifetime opportunity that takes him across the country to head up a large corporation on the West Coast. Splitting his time between his two homes is proving to be difficult; flight cancellations and flu bugs plague Hannah and Cade’s weekends together. Can they find a balance that works for them or will each have to sacrifice a part of themselves to be together? Will hearts be broken and dreams shattered for the sake of a once in a lifetime love. Or are the sacrifices too much for anyone to live with?

I would give this series an infinite amount of stars, since there is no option for that I guess I will give it FIVE “I can’t stop reading this series” STARS. Cade has proven to be the best male hero book boyfriend ever. I love how he always wants to do whatever it takes to make Hannah happy. But it is not just her; Cade is the kind of guy you can go to for help no matter what. He is there for his sisters, his parents, his friends and especially Hannah. So when he decides to take a job thousands of miles away from everything he knows he has a hard time adjusting.

“I miss being with you, Maestro. Holding you, wrapping myself around you. Being inside you. And after, just breathing with you.”

Hannah does her best to make him feel good about following his dreams. She is still working on her trust issues so the distance is weighing on her. Long distance relationships are tough and get even tougher when the universe cannot seem to cut them a break. In this installment, the authors switch POVs from Cade to Hannah and I love that. I felt Cade’s guilt for leaving Hannah behind with every word I read. I sensed Hannah’s sadness for not feeling like she could just leave a life she built to follow Cade’s dreams leaving her own to flounder.
“My heart beat strongly for him and would no matter where he was. “I love you, Cade. I’ll be here missing you every moment you’re gone and losing myself in you every second you’re back.” “It was all about this. Not the parting of ways, but the uniting-with the force of two unleashed storms crashing together.”
In the end, for me this series is a journey of two people who found an instant connection, became friends and then built a strong bond through a physical and emotional attraction that will last a lifetime. I don’t want to give away too much, but there are twists and turns and many surprises for everyone. I cried at the heart wrenching phone conversations between Hannah and Cade when they couldn’t be together. When they did come together, I nearly saw steam coming out of my iPad as I read the very well written scorching hot sexy love scenes some in “semi-public closets”. This series is at the top of my list of romance novels, I highly recommend. It will be bittersweet for me to say goodbye to this great couple and fantastic series. Hopefully we can get a spinoff book or books with Cade’s single sisters and his friends Mase and Ben who are all great characters as well. I can’t wait for the next installment.
“What happens if I trip?” “My heart lurched again, and I sighed, kissing the top of her head.” I will always catch you when you fall.” “Go ahead, Maestro. Run. I will run after you. Always”

This was actually my introduction to Hannah and Cade. I really enjoyed Three Cristmases, and it certainly can be read without having read the other books in this series. But I definitely plan on starting at the beginning so I can experience their entire relationship. That being said I really enjoyed this book, and this couple. It was wonderful to read about two people who really love each other and are aware enough to realize what really matters to them - each other! They were both willing to sacrifice what they had previously strived for for the other, to make their relationship work. I loved that. And it didn't take years of angst, heartbreak, or betrayal to have them realize it. Both Hannah and Cade knew their relationship wasn't working and set about to fix it immediately. This was a wonderful love story that I will definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic final installment and wrap up of this series of books. Cade and Hannah have been through so many trials but with deep love at the core of their relationship they managed to overcome all of them. This is an incredible series of books taking us on the journey along with Cade and Hannah. It's wonderfully written and all of the characters are fantastic. I would love to see a new series about one of the other Michaelson siblings. I highly recommend this series of books. Start at the beginning and enjoy the ride.

Loved, loved, loved Cade and Hannah's journey. Both were all about their jobs and thought they could have both UNTIL they were missing each other too much. Both of them realized at that point that without being together that their careers meant nothing.

I loved their journey to get to their last party, which Cade made into a special occasion for him and Hannah. If you didn't love Cade before that Christmas party you surely did after it.

I'm new to the No Weddings series, so I don't know Cade and Hannah's back story, but this book sucked me in! The perfect book to start my holiday season. I laughed, I cried, I got hot under the collar, and I cheered for them. Characters in books become real to me if written properly and these are real. They have real emotions, real problems, and real feelings.

This installment brings us the story of Hannah and Cade. They both were broken but have found each other. Life takes them away from each other in the terms of jobs. Hannah owns a bakery, her dream. Cade is a consultant, and is offered a dream job on the other side of the country. This is the story of how they realize what they have and what they can be.

Thank-you for such a wonderful tale. I am going to have to read the first 3 books now and look forward to more. If you are looking for a wonderful Christmas Romance here you go!

A perfect ending to a fun filled love story!

Hannah and Cade's journey was not without it's hiccups but what an amazing ride. Every installment in this series was a pleasure to read and I truly enjoyed the entire cast of characters throughout. I looking forward to reading the novella "For Valentine's".

Recommended to all romance fans!

This review is for Three Christmases by Kat Bastion and Stone Bastion.

A wonderful ending to this great series. I loved how we got to hear this story from both Hannah's and Cade's point of view. As it happens in romance stories, there will be angst that could either destroy the couple or bring them closer together, and with this book there's not one, but two incidents that could derail Hannah's and Cade's relationship. While I'm sad that this series has come to an end, I love how everything wrapped up!

Sigh! Swoon! The fourth book in the No Wedding Series is by far my favorite, but just by a little (since I love them all). Cade and Hannah are so busy these days it seems like they have less time to spend together. Cade has been offered the job of a lifetime in San Fransico, and as much as Hannah doesn't want him to go, she understands how important this is for his career. Promises are made to see each other every weekend, but life just doesn't work that easy when you are across the country from each other. It becomes a real test in their relationship that is really putting a strain and drifting them apart. Hannah knows that something has to give. Cancelled flights, bad weather and an earthquake keeps putting stops to their short weekend visits. How long can this go on before one of them says, no more! Kat and Stone are brilliant in their writing. The love they have for each other, reflects in the pages of this series. I can't say enough about these books, except READ THEM!
