So many people who are devout Catholics go to Mass only on Sundays, but there have always been folks who go to Mass daily. I can often remember a friend or family member saying with admiration "He went to Mass daily."
The benefits of daily Mass are ones that the author has seen for himself. He wrote this book to share the benefits of daily Mass with others.
But this little book is more.
It shows you the structure and benefits of Mass, of the Church's year, and of the Saints. That will help you, even if you never go to a weekday Mass.
The appendices are a wonderful resource saw well. They have prayers for before and after Mass and the calendar of saints days.
With quotations from theologians, Fathers of the Church, Church documents and fellow Mass goers, this is a insightful book.
