Malibu Bride picks up where Palm Springs Heat ends, and follows Lara's nemesis from Book 1, Sushma Vishnuveda, as she reinvents herself. Sushma lands a new job at a Hollywood talent agency and finds that the learning curve is steep. Meanwhile, she's attracted to her new boss, sexy movie packager Holt Richards, even though she's sworn off mixing business and romance. At the same time, someone's trying to ruin her image and her career--and there are plenty of potential suspects.
In San Fernando Dreams, Sushma and Lara both find their love lives have never been better just as their careers have never been worse. They team up with another "disgraced woman," 23-year-old emerging movie star Douglyss Fancher, to make a radical independent movie. Again, the corporate intrigue mounts--and Douglyss has to face her own peculiar demons. Meanwhile, what she doesn't know is that her new boyfriend, costar Branagh McManus, has a twin brother that no one knows about. Douglyss finds herself falling in love with one of them. But which one?
The stories of the three heroines are woven throughout all three books, and come together at the end of San Fernando Dreams.

This book feels smooth from beginning to end. Turning pages was effortless because I couldn’t wait to see what happened next.
