Description
Not long ago, author Bill Myers had a clear and unmistakable encounter with the Lord. No audible voice, no burning bush, just a still, small impression that asked, “If I put you in a coma and you could not tell anyone about Me; if you could do nothing for Me . . . would I be enough?” Bill realized that too many believers—himself included—have became more focused on serving the Lord we love, rather than loving the Lord we serve. Through the pages of The Jesus Experience, Myers will take you on your own personal journey of rediscovering God's love for you and, in turn, loving others more deeply.

Bill Myers and I have a long history in my preteen and teenage years I looked forward to reading every "Wally McDoogle" book he wrote. His way of using humor and great story telling to convey virtues and truth I loved. This book completely enveloped me from the beginning the familiar cadence and writing style immediately drew me in. You can sense Bill's passion and drive for the truths in this book in the way that he can't keep from jumping from one idea to the next. So keen to impart truth and show how changing the way you interact with God and view him at a very fundamental level can change everything about your relationship, You can sense that Bill want his readers to experience God more fully and he draws upon lots of life stories to illustrate his points. I throughly enjoyed this short book and can't wait to try some of the ideas he suggests to change your relationship with God.
