Daily Wisdom for Women Morning & Evening

Well done. I love this book.  started using as soon as I downloaded.  it brings to mind an old favorite author of mine. Florence Scovel Shinn.

This was a great devotional. I is also perfect for an everyday quick 10-15 minutes to spend reading on busy days. It was written beautifully and really makes you think.

Great book with wonderful scripture and message. This book makes it easy to find time to talk with God and focus on his word even if you only have a few minutes each morning and evening.

A great bite size devotional to start and finish the day.

I enjoyed this little book of wisdom.  I loved day 39 about being overwhelmed.  Right now I am struggling with that and it just touched me in a way.  It says that we should ask God for his strength and energy, something easily forgotten.  The evening devotional for that day was about how God knows our troubles.  Very meaningful.  These are very short but in ways powerful.  It starts out with a verse a short devotion  and a prayer.  Great layout.  It is not meant to be a major devotional but just something to give you encouragement and let you start your day with Christ and end your day with him.  Without Christ in our lives we have nothing. God is in control.

What a lovely devotional. I can honestly say I needed this at the moment. What a beautiful way to begin and end my day. Every one of these I can apply to my life. Right now my plate is full and this is the remedy I need. No reason why five minutes cannot be spared to inhale a moment for yourself, this is my spiritual nourishment. I will be following the devotional for the year. I plan on gifting this, I know several women who would appreciate these words. I've stumbled in my faith recently, this is helping me regain my footing, a million thanks.

Set up like a calendar that is meant to start on any day of the year, not just January 1st, the Daily Wisdom for Women Morning and Evening edition provides a Bible verse for each day and night, followed by a few short sentences that reaffirm the wisdom and guidance set forth in the preceding verses from the Bible.  Women's study groups, Sunday School classes, and personal reflectors will appreciate this book, as well as the reassurance that each day and night can give to the reader.  Christian readers need note that a wide variety of translations are utilized in the scriptures listed, but do not detract from the inherent meaning of the verses.

I am really enjoying this, and I am using it along with my bible on a daily basis.  It is hard to use on the kindle, because the days are not in order.  I really wanted this book in Print, so I have ordered it.
You can tell that the book is stunning! I would recommend this to anyone that wants to get closer to God each day and evening.  I have to say that this book really does the trick!

This is just the right devotional to begin and end my day. This blessing touched my life in many ways by helping me to reflect on different issues within just a few minutes twice a day. What a great break from everyday busyness. I look forward to sharing this book with several friends of mine in a women's group.

This devotional is so appealing to the eye, I would like to purchase it just to look at.  The author has beautifully captured the Scriptures and laid them out for us to bask in God's presence both in the morning and the eveining.  What a great way to start the day and end it.  These would be great gifts.  Thank you for sharing.
