This book is very comforting to read during those times in life when it's easy to feel anxious about different circumstances. The scripture and words and very reassuring. Wonderful read

Rejoice always, pray constantly and give thanks in all circumstances. This is God’s will for you. God will give you sure footsteps in your paths so that you will not slip and fall. Our Lord is always aware of you. He knows exactly where you are. He has a perfect plan for your future. God is our everlasting Rock whom we can lean upon and who catches us when we fall. He is our peace and strength. He answers when we call. In Christ we find rest for our anxious hearts. These prayers will guide you into the heart of God.

Beautiful words of inspiration for every possible worry that a Christian may go through. I know I will be using this book over and over again. I feel that there are so many wonderful passages shared here.

Proof the power of prayer, if only the world would realize this fact. A prayer for all who seek comfort, to realize they do not walk alone. Not only is this a tool for MY healing/need/comfort but I can pass prayers on to others, perhaps help them find their way or reconnect, bottom line they are not alone and prayer(s) help. Wonderful collection I will be perusing often. At least one payer in the collection will strike a poignant cord with you or someone you know. Like music, prayer is universal.

This title, Prayers for an Anxious Heart, shares what this book is. However, there is so much more to it when you are the one with this condition. The prayers within this work speak to the heart and soul so they allow peace and well-being to enter.

I really enjoyed this book by Barbour Staff the prayers are very heartfelt and uplifting. It was my first time reading anything by this author but not my last. I did recommend this to others in our prayer group.
