This debut sci-fi romance is jam packed with futuristic dystopian vibes. With multiple POVs, there are many timelines to follow. This book has cliffhangers, so reader beware. If you need resolution, you will want to stick around for the rest of the trilogy. Although the story was slow to start, it made up for it with excellent world building and great characters. The multiple timelines were a little tricky to navigate, but I think that's because I prefer reading the physical copies so I can flip back and forth. I will definitely be sticking around for the rest of the series!

This book is fantastic! With multiple characters that I actually care about who keep me yelling at my phone as I read (in the best way). The storyline is unique and presented in a refreshing way that leaves just enough mystery and questions behind, but not forgotten. The science is understandable and not bogged down with technical terminology that can sometimes be confusing. I am excited to get some merch eventually and when is book two coming out again? Lol :) >.>
