Zoe Crawford was starting over in a new city after a nightmare of an 18 year marriage ended in divorce. She met Tony Alessi, ex-ATF agent injured on the job, at the gym. They became friends and when Zoe started having stalker problems, Tony became her protector and a little bit more. How would this relationship with a younger man work? Would age be an issue for him or for her?
Fantastic story! Tony is super sexy with a healthy appetite for his woman. I love his "take charge" attitude and so does Zoe. She's not weak and I was impressed by her directness with other women. Though I didn't understand why Tony didn't put a stop to Jenny's rudeness. I loved the story and the characters but wished it hadn't ended so abruptly. I definitely look forward to reading more from this talented author.

4 Stars!
This book was good. I have never read anything by this author and I love taking chances. I am glad I read this book. It was cute, quirky, sexy, and quite suspenseful. This book will definitely be a fan of the ladies because it takes a normal girl and throws her with a normal guy making it feel very real at times. This is a fast read that is perfect for a beach or pool day.
This is Zoe and Tony's story. Zoe is changing herself. She is happy with herself but she wants to fine tune and make improvements. Coming off a divorce, her confidence has been shaken. Enter Tony. Tony is a much younger guy she meets at the gym and instantly feels attracted too. She is wary but Tony is adamant about proving he wants Zoe. Throw in a ton of suspense and a few twists along the way and we have quite a ride for Zoe and Tony.
I liked these two together. Tony made me swoon. He wasn't perfect and had flaws but he was real. He was quite the alpha male and I loved his protective side. I also admired the way he got to know Zoe, bringing her out of her shell. I also liked Zoe. I could totally relate to her even if I am much younger. I connected with her instantly. I was rooting for these two along the way.
I recommend this book.
