A Note From the Publisher

Chris May trained initially as an engineer before forging a career in healthcare. He founded health tech company Mayden in 2000 which today employs 150 people and is based in Bath. He published his first novel Silent Light in 2000, and more recently co-authored Made Without Managers which was Highly Commended in the Business Book Awards in 2024.
