A Note From the Publisher

Lesley Hill has enjoyed a few careers over the years, including stints as an interior designer and a vintage dealer. The longest was in education, where she satisfied her need to write through publishing articles and the non-fiction book, Fast Feedback (shortlisted for the Teach Primary Awards). However, telling a good story has always been her love, and taking early retirement has given her time to properly follow that passion. The Whisperings of Lizzie Betts is Lesley’s first novel.
