Thanks to netgalley for the opportunity to read this great book.
It is set in Houston and the main character is Nick Noelle, a man's man detective, use to doing things his way, or no way else. A body is found, and it is then discovered that it is of a young woman, the daughter of one of the richest oil tycoons in Texas.
Noelle and his trusty sidekick, Juan investigate the murder, and the book takes a lot of twists and turns and is really an entertaining, thrilling read.
The book's ending was done well, and I really enjoyed discovering the truths behind the murders. Highly recommended.
