Amazing read! Dark and emotional, the story draws you in from the beginning and does not let go. The characters are amazing and the chemistry between Greta and Paco is wonderful. Loved it!

Paco has everything money can buy but feels as if he is missing "his other half". Greta is recovering from a tragic assault that happened to her 2 years ago. They have both put in an application with "Club Alpha". Club Alpha comes with a hefty price financially but you are guaranteed to find your other half. There is a strict contract involved but you have to roll along with the fantasy and can tell no one about Club Alpha. There can be adventure and danger.
When Paco and Greta meet, they know each other is their other half. Now they just need to get through the fantasy.
As Paco and Greta's fantasy progresses, things start to happen that make them question if it is related to Club Alpha or if another situation is happening. People become involved and the situation takes a strange turn and they are fighting for their lives.
This is indeed a dark book but the author's writing is wonderful. The descriptions of Greta's assault were graphic, brutal, crude and broke my heart and it truly gave me a new respect for women who survive. There is such evilness in a couple pf the characters and it was depicted well. They have their own goals and the outcome may not be good for others.
There are some great characters here also besides our couple. Tallann, Paco's bodyguard is tough but proves his worth on a daily basis and proves to be a great friend. Gia, Greta's mentor/friend has helped Gia put her life back together.
This is a really good read but I did feel like when their fantasy started it was rushed a bit. I felt like it should have been drawn out just a bit more.
I would recommend this read!

This was a dark thriller. It was interesting. I had to push through the first half of the book, but then it was easier. There's a bunch of crazy people. I mean seriously off their rockers. Paco and his body guard are both smoking hot. Greta was still very naive even after her past. I enjoyed it but wouldn't want to read it again.

This book took a turn from what I thought Club Alpha would be.
When you read the title you think of a bdsm club with sexy, dominate men and the kinks that go on within its walls. That is not what we have here and it was a nice change of pace. Yes, we still have a very dominate, hot male but this book has a very deep storyline that at times can be disturbing, but is a very relevant part of the plot.
Yes, there is a great plot working here. Paco is looking for his soul mate, the one person who will make him whole. He pays a lot of money to find her. Not realizing that he already laid eyes on her two years before.
Greta is trying to become whole again. Two years prior her life was ripped apart and she is ready to rebuild a life. They are thrown into a scenario that is meant to bring them together but there are other unplanned players and unforeseen consequences.
This book was well detailed with a great cast of characters. Not only the main characters but all the secondary too! A complete story that moved quickly and smoothly. I definitely will be looking into more books by this author. She planned out a plot with suspense, heat, and took it to a whole new limit. Very well done!

This is probably the most emotional book I have ever read. It is such a complicated plot and it isn't the most feel good book you will read but it does weave such a complicated story that you don't want to put it down because you need to get to the end. It is also not a book you will forget anytime soon. It tells of great tradegy and accomplishments, good friendship and love like no other. It is filled with evil and overcoming that evil to be who you want to be. The sincerest of love and second chances.
I give this 5 stars because it makes me feel both good and bad, and that is my criteria.
*This book has rape and torture in it so beware if you are sensitive to these topics.*
