A beautiful, relatable devotional for the whole family!
Moments with God for Teens is an absolutely beautiful devotional filled with highly relatable stories and meaningful daily readings. While it is thoughtfully geared toward teenagers navigating the anxieties and everyday struggles of life, I actually loved reading it as an adult, too! Sometimes, even we adults need the truths of Scripture broken down simply, and I found myself deeply benefiting from its pages.
The daily devotions offer genuine hope, help, and strength for the real-world challenges the next generation faces. This would make a wonderful addition to any morning or evening routine to help bring your teenagers closer to God. I highly recommend this and will definitely be purchasing copies for the teens in my own family! Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for the copy.

This devotional has some great topics like worry, being still in Gods presence, joy, peace and the list goes on. The devotionals are small but very impactful. They always have a scripture verse and a prayer that goes with the devotion. Thank you Our Daily Bread Publishing for providing this book for review consideration via NetGalley. All opinions are my own. 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Moments with God for Teens is a short-form devotional collection designed to offer daily encouragement and spiritual reflection tailored specifically for a teen audience. Rather than presenting a continuous narrative, it’s structured around individual readings that each focus on a single theme, scripture passage, and practical takeaway.
The book’s strength lies in its accessibility. Each entry is concise and straightforward, making it easy for readers to engage even on busy or emotionally uneven days. The tone is supportive without being overly complex, aiming to meet teens where they are in terms of attention span, life experience, and spiritual development.
The thematic range is familiar to devotional readers—identity, anxiety, purpose, friendship, and trust in God—but the framing keeps it grounded in everyday teenage experience. The reflections generally prioritize reassurance and gentle guidance over deep theological exploration, which aligns with its intended audience and format.
Because of its brevity, the content does not delve deeply into extended interpretation or doctrinal discussion. Readers looking for more rigorous study or layered theological argument may find it more introductory than expansive. However, as a daily devotional tool, that simplicity is part of its design.
Overall, Moments with God for Teens is an approachable, encouragement-focused devotional that offers short, reflective prompts intended to support spiritual growth and emotional grounding in a teen context, rather than serving as an in-depth study resource.

Moments with God for Teens is a short, but meaningful devotional. The stories are really relatable and are filled with great messages. It talks about a lot of daily struggles in life and how to navigate through that. The devotions are short but powerful, perfect for on-the-go reading or when you don't have a whole lot of time. There is also always a verse and prayer for each one. I had a great time reading this! Thank you to Our Daily Bread Publishing and NetGalley for this ARC in exchange for a honest review.

This is a great resource for pre-teens and teens alike to grow in their faith. The daily passages, story, and prayer make it easier for youth to study the Bible on their own and build their own personal faith walk.
This would be a great resource for church libraries, private schools, and youth group gifts. My family and I enjoyed reading these together each night before bed and discussing the verses and big message of the day.
