Description
Jack Spetza is no hero; he’s a former SAS operative — sharp, damaged, and dangerously aware that every choice carries a cost. But when an insidious disease threatens to take control of his body, a far deadlier pursuit takes control of his life.
Drawn into a war that stretches across time itself, Jack is thrown together with Setrina La Touche, the woman he never truly got over and the heir to her mother’s research into an ancient tribe that mysteriously disappeared centuries ago.
From Parisian alleyways to hidden Moroccan caves, betrayal is constant, trust is rare, and every move sends ripples through past and future. Time doesn’t forgive, and there’s no clean way to get your hands dirty.
Jack Spetza - Flawed will keep you on the edge of your seat.
A Note From the Publisher
Adam and his father, William Shaw Warnock (Samurai Kites, Danzigers Cut and Frozen Secrets), shared something in their lives that impelled them both to start writing, with William losing his kidneys to nephritis and Adam being diagnosed with Young Parkinson’s Disease, both in their 30’s.
Adam has two children, Gus and Bede and lives with his wife, Kat, on the Central Coast of NSW, Australia.
This is Adam’s debut novel.
Advance Praise
"A unique thriller about a magical stone, the ability to time travel, and a fight to keep one man’s greedy hands away from the ultimate power grab [...] The entire novel feels like a puzzle that buzzes with extra pizzazz. The combat scenes mixed in with romance between Setrina and Jack makes the story hopeful and exciting too. This is a good, fun debut that has real series potential." - Independent Book Review
