Edgar Wilson collects roadkill from the highways of rural Brazil. It is difficult, unglamorous work, carried out far from public view. But when vultures circling above the forest lead him to the body of a murdered woman, Edgar finds himself drawn into a world of abandoned corpses, missing people and lives deemed unworthy of attention.
