Description
Do you ever wish you had someone to help you navigate day-to-day challenges? This book is the answer. It’s your pocket-sized life coach, offering the steady advice and perspective you need in your teens and twenties.
Inspired by the wisdom of the author’s late father, Life According to George is a little book of life lessons for young adults—it’s a compass that guides you in how to nurture your best self. In short, easy-to-read chapters, you’ll discover many insights:
- You can’t push a rope. When something isn’t working, try a new way.
- It’s not about being smart. Find your true passion and work hard to achieve greatness.
- Faith is stronger than fear. Life is messy, but faith is like a muscle—it grows when you use it.
- Leave your comfort zone. Being uncomfortable is a sign that you’re growing.
- True listening is an art. Honest listening creates trust and deepens relationships.
- Kindness matters. Even a simple smile can completely change someone’s day.
A perfect gift for graduations, birthdays, and new beginnings, Life According to George offers a daily dose of wisdom for building a bright future.
