Description
Delilah Spencer is a rolling stone. A big city attorney from Chicago on a temporary work assignment in Sunflower, Montana.
Ranger Beckham's Sunflower roots run deep. Three generations to be exact. The high school band director and single father is adrift, fresh out of a marriage of convenience. He's all but given up on finding true love.
Until he bumps into Delilah, the fixer with trust issues who has a hard and fast rule: never get attached to the places she visits or the people in them. They strike a deal when the chemistry between them burns too hot to ignore, convincing themselves they'll be able to part as friends when Delilah's gig is up, no matter how scorching things get between them.
But the slower pace in tight-knit Sunflower is a balm for Delilah's restless soul, and it becomes impossible to imagine leaving Ranger or Montana behind.
Will Delilah break her own rules and finally put down roots, or will she cut and run when her contract is up, leaving Ranger and the life she never knew she wanted in the rearview mirror?

This book was AMAZING! It felt like stepping straight into a 90s rom-com, complete with all the feelings. I laughed, I cried, I smiled way too hard, and I honestly didn’t want it to end. Such a fun, feel-good read that completely pulled me in. 💕✨
Thank you to Hesse Creek Media and NetGalley for this ARC.
This is what I call a small town romance!
Mature characters, an instant connection and a town full of amazing side characters.
Lawyer Delilah never stays in a place to long after a bad break up and ends up taking a temporary job in Sunflower, Montana where she meets newly divorced Ranger, dad, parttime farmer and music teacher. Their connection is instant but she has to decide if staying in one place is what she really wants…
The story was heartfelt and as someone who has lost a parent to Alzheimers, the part about Delilah’s dad had so many relatable moments that her story spoke to me.
If you are in the mood for a swoony romance, with humor and mature characters who deal with real life problems all coated in a romantic small town vibe, this is the book for you.
Mine Again was exactly the kind of small-town romance I didn’t know I needed. ❤️
I absolutely loved getting to know Delilah and Ranger. Their story had such a wonderful balance of chemistry, emotional depth, humor, and that cozy small-town atmosphere that makes you wish you could pack your bags and move to Sunflower, Montana.
Delilah is such an interesting heroine. She’s independent, determined, and used to never staying in one place for too long. Her rule about not getting attached makes perfect sense for the life she’s built for herself — which made watching her slowly realize that maybe home isn’t a place, but the people you find there, all the more meaningful. And Ranger? I adored him. He’s a single dad, a high school band director, and a man who has almost stopped believing that true love is meant for him. His relationship with Delilah felt incredibly natural, and I loved watching their connection develop. Their chemistry was definitely there, but it was the quieter moments and emotional vulnerability that really stole my heart.
What I especially loved was the feeling of community throughout the story. Sunflower feels like one of those places where everyone knows everyone, where people show up for each other, and where life moves just a little slower. It created such a comforting backdrop for Delilah's journey. This book gave me butterflies, laughter, warmth, and all the cozy small-town romance feelings. ✨ I loved the characters, the setting, the emotional journey, and the reminder that sometimes the life we never planned for ourselves can become the one we need most.
A beautiful, heartfelt romance about taking chances, finding your people, and finally allowing yourself to put down roots.
Definitely a 5-star read for me!
