Welcome back to Assassins Anonymous, your favorite killer’s 12-step sobriety program; and this time, we’ve gone global.

Mark thought he’d left his old life behind. With a new face and a low profile in Bangkok, he spends his days dodging trouble and attending packed Assassins Anonymous meetings—because apparently Bangkok is where contract killers go to retire.

But when a desperate father asks for help finding his missing son, Mark gets pulled back into the chaos. Alongside Tevy—a ruthless vigilante with a dangerous past and unfinished business of her own—he dives headfirst into Bangkok’s criminal underworld.

As the pressure mounts and Mark’s hard-won sobriety begins to fray, his carefully constructed new life starts collapsing around him. Then Astrid arrives. She’s been searching for Mark, but neither of them is prepared for what comes next.

To survive Bangkok, Mark will have to break every rule he’s built his new life around. City of Killers is Rob Hart at his very best: fast-paced, brutally clever, and laugh-out-loud funny.
