Federal Agent Jon McAllistar has seen many things in his years at the agency. But nothing compares to the horrifying sight awaiting him in the Florida Keys. Sharks, a frenzy of them, feasting in the bloody water as human remains are strewn about a beautiful sandy beach. 
 
His assigned partner, Agent Alex Stanton, was supposed to be a seasoned professional. Not a seemingly green agent. Especially not an incredibly attractive one in a wet suit analyzing such a disgusting crime scene. She's not who he expected, but Jon's fears are quickly laid to rest when Alex finds a suspect nearby, covered in blood and brandishing a knife. 
 
They've just got a case. And it's almost as wild as the sharks feasting in the Florida waters. 
 
Turns out that this isn't the first instance of sharks being forced to frenzy. Alex quickly determines that the bodies found in the water were purposefully dumped there, blood vessels intentionally ruptured to bring the sharks calling and destroy as much evidence as possible. All of this points to something sinister - perhaps involving the cartels. As Jon and Alex begin to unravel just who is behind it, they have to evade danger or risk ending up as part of the feeding frenzy themselves.
