15 years of hard work and planning ruined by a fuzzy sorcerer and an old as dirt rosebush.

Forced into a magical contract betrothal because her foolish father tried to steal the rosebush, Keely Bell finds herself entangled with a mostly man-shaped problem. She’s trapped at a secluded enchanted estate in the middle of the boondocks Kentucky with a not quite human suitor who doesn’t even have a name.

Keely tries to get along until she can convince him she’s not The One and return to her mundane life and open her own horse stables. Her dreams were just within reach, only to be derailed by her father and HIM. Unfortunately, this beastly sorcerer seems determined to win her over. How can she convince him that she is much too busy for this relationship nonsense? It’s 1910, the world is changing, and Keely has too much work to do!

Keely will not let him distract her from her goals with a magical estate, his intelligent lonely eyes, pretty muscles, a cheeky mouth, and that he smells really good. Or that for once in her life, she has peace and quiet away from her five younger sisters. AND her own bathroom.

Is it a battle of wills, or a path of discovery and revelations that she may not wish to confront? Suddenly thrust into a magical world, the very human Keely finds that things are not always as they seem with her family and with the compelling man beast.
