Two fated mates who can't deny their destiny - except that one of them is prepared to kill in order to keep the other away. Turns out the course of true love really doesn't run smooth ...

From the author of the outrageously unhinged dark rom com Kill to Love comes a sequel that will have you gasping in dismay and delight.

Slash Artery is the brother of Dig Graves, the MMC of Kill to Love and one of the most vicious killers ever to be found in the land of Uandra, a place where you either find your Soulmate by the time you turn 25 or you are deemed Soulless, likely to end your days not long after in one of the Execution Battles that are both Uandra's efficient way of culling the prison population and its most popular form of televised entertainment.

Slash has picked up his brother's mantle inside prison and during the battles, feared by many and hunted by others. No one loves Slash. Apart from Shay, his Soulmate.

Well, she says she's his Soulmate. But Slash is Soulless. He's sure of it. He's the Soulless King, after all. And Shay is sunshine and rainbows. She makes lollipops with a heart at the centre of them and gives them out to anyone who wants one.

Except when Shay ends up in the same Execution Battle as him, Slash isn't interested in killing her. He wants to protect her. And protect the truth about the two of them.

Then there's a killer twist (pun definitely intended) that you absolutely will not see coming and which will upend everything you thought you knew about this hilarious-yet-dark, spicy slow-burn romance that has you on the edge of your seat for all the right - and some very, very wrong - reasons.
