I absolutely LOVE this series, and this book certainly didn't disappoint. I laughed and cried - and made copious notes in the margins! Sharon interweaves spiritual practises within the stories of the women in the book, and I have found discovering those for myself really helpful. Her characters are so believable - the journey one in particular went on in this book really spoke to me. I have bought copies of all three books in the series ready to introduce them to friends and family for Christmas :0)

This book is an emotional simplistic soulful and yet victorious story. You have four women who rely on each other to stand firm in the LORD - they get together and share their lives with each other and they bounce their lives off of each other. They give their opinions wanted or not - and it is always tethered with the love of CHRIST. Will they always follow those suggestions? They have people in their lives that causes them difficulties to cast their cares upon HIM - that is why they turn to each other to turn to HIM. They are each others life line.
