This book is very informative, straight forward, and to the point straight away. It is about how to become a better leader. I am not a leader in my church or community etc but with this book I learned everything I need to know how to become one. This book is very well written and incredible Biblical imagery for their examples. They use Scripture to back up what they are trying to teach you - the first thing they teach you is how GOD gives you a leadership heart just like Joseph in Scriptures - and how GOD gave him a vision of his brothers bowing to him and another just like it and when he told his brothers they got jealous they did what they did, but GOD used a bad situation and used it for HIS good. This happens to us all if GOD's vision is yours too then HE will give you the way to get to your goal. That is just the first chapter - It gets better each chapter after that - if you are a leader or want to be - this is the book you need to get.
