Quinn Jones had it all: a successful law career, a loyal dog, a perfect apartment, and a doting husband. But, as with most things wonderful, things are not always as they seem. The official report is suicide, but Quinn knows better. The further she digs, the stranger the circumstances that evolve. When she discovers that Jordan left behind a young daughter, the equation becomes survival times two. With the help of a newly acquired team of unlikely friends, Quinn Jones fights against all odds to bring her husband's death to a satisfactory resolution.

The Rage of Plum Blossoms by Christine M. Whitehead is a fun, mainstream mystery that includes entertaining dialogue and vivid scene descriptions. The characters are realistic with their diverse attitudes and unique personal qualities. There is just enough uncertainty intertwined into the main players of the story to encourage the reader's desire to read to the conclusion. This is a very satisfying book. The Rage of Plum Blossoms is recommended.
