Entangled Publishing reviews requests on a case by case basis. We are looking for reviewers who: Have a minimum of 1000 blog followers. Yes, this is a lot, but we are in the business of selling books and exposure is key.
-- Update their blogs daily or almost daily
-- Have blogs which review the specific genre being requested (for example, we are less likely to approve a request for a YA books if adult paranormals are the primary books reviewed on your blog)
-- Who post reviews to their blog, GoodReads, LibraryThing, Amazon, Barnes&Noble, and other potential review sites; simply posting to GoodReads or LibraryThing is not sufficient.
-- Have easy access to readers (for example, requests made by booksellers, librarians, and educators are almost always accepted) substantial followings on Facebook and/or Twitter, long reach with unique visitors to your blog, comments on your blog, consistent posting of book reviews.
-- Blog about books!
-- Share their email address in their NetGalley bio for follow up contact
-- Provide a valid company affiliation in the ‘company’ field (we do click over to review blogs and companies)
-- Have a blog that has been active for at least one year
-- Send us reviews within NetGalley (see below)
If you have buying power at your store, school, or library, we will automatically approve requests made by:
-- Booksellers, librarians, and educators who include current information about their positions/institutions, along with an institutional email address
-- Librarians who blog, tweet, or otherwise booktalk
-- Other media professionals with current outreach information
If Entangled Publishing approves your request, we ask that you:
-- Post your review no more than 4 weeks prior to the release date/on-sale date
-- Send us links to your reviews within NetGalley (include the blog url(s) and date(s))
-- If you choose not to post a review, please inform us as to why
Please note: We do not offer print galleys for review at this time. Please do not contact Entangled Publishing requesting a print galley.
We cap galley requests at 50 per book on a first come, first serve basis, per our criteria.
