Tor Publishing Group encourages requests from all user types in the US and CA. We are a publisher based in the United States and often are only able to approve requests from reviewers based in countries where we have the right to publish the title in question.
To receive a Tor Publishing Group e-galley, you must have a way of distributing your review.
—Requesters should have an above average means of spreading the word about books.
—Blog/website content must be relevant to book requested.
—The ratio of "Requests Approved" to "Number of Reviews" is very important. We are only able to share a limited amount of galleys, so we want to make sure that the people we are granting requests to will read and review the book. If you want to improve your ratio, please consider submitting reviews for the Tor/Forge titles you've been approved for in the past.
—Please provide your e-mail address and the following information in your profile:
If you are a reviewer/blogger:
—A direct link to your book review blog, with evidence of timely reviews and recent activity.
—Include any relevant social media links such as Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.
If you are a librarian or educator:
—Include the name and address of the library/school where you work.
If you are a bookseller:
—Include the name and address of the bookstore where you work.
If you are a media professional:
—Include the name and address of the company where you work.
If you are a freelance reviewer for publications:
—Include the name of the media outlets you write for.
If your request is approved:
—Please feel free to publish your review as soon as you’ve finished reading on your favorite retail outlet. Please post a link to your review to your NetGalley profile so we may see your response to our book.
