If you are a media professional: -- The name and address of the company where you work. -- A link to your publication’s website and recent articles you’ve written. -- Freelance reviewers must include the media outlets you write for and links to your work. -- Your email address, so that we can follow-up. If you are a reviewer/blogger: -- The name of your publication/blog. -- A link to your website, blog or review website. -- The number of followers and unique page views you have. -- Frequency of your reviews. -- Your email address, so that we can follow-up. If your request is approved, you must send us your review within NetGalley with specific information about where the review is posted, including the date published and a link to the review. Disney Publishing Worldwide reserves the right to accept or decline requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have been declined, please make sure your profile meets these requirements before contacting us.
