Iyanla is always so loving and truthful that it makes you feel like you should have known this all along. Forgiveness is a journey and it takes a lot of courage and choice to make it happen. Iyanla knows the steps you need to take in order to go on this journey because she has done it herself. The tips she gives throughout the book were very helpful. This is a book that you can go back to multiple times throughout your life because the advice is so helpful.
