I gave this book three stars as many of the recipes look amazing - simple to make, healthy and delicious, but overall, I found the program far too complicated. The blurb promises a simple, straightforward plan that is easy to follow and I don't think this is what is provided. I have no doubt the program works, but it's complicated, unrealistic for many and some of the ingredients in the recipes seem a bit silly (bee pollen, for example). Overall, although this book and program seem great, it's just not for me - I was after something a lot simpler.
