Not particularly enjoyable. Funny in some areas but I just couldn't get the 'need to keep reading' vibe. Had to DNF, unfortunately.

I loved this book it was very funny and inspired me to exercise more. I would highly recommend this book.

This is brilliant, written with great humour.
It leaves you with the incentive to try something different to alter everyday life.
